From Dawn who went above and beyond to make sure we received the best service possible and explain our options on a Sunday evening no less. Once we chose one of the options to replace, Tiger and the 2 gentleman with him were out here to install our new HVAC system in no time. The guys worked hard in the 95 degree house, got the old system out that was toast and installed the new system that is well fan-freakin-tastic! It’s whisper quiet in comparison to our old unit and we have one of those fancy thermometers that’s wifi enabled now🤣 In all seriousness it was easy to do business and they cared genuinely! It was great working with Dawn at True Temp to get the correct unit picked out! We had some considerations that made the purchase less straight forward and Dawn had the needed answers and asked all the right questions to make sure we had the right system for our house. The techs arrived on time, were friendly, and clean about their work. They explained things well and were quick about their work. The house was back to cooling down well before I expected them to be done. I would HAPPILY use True Temp again!

On Thursday night our furnace stopped producing heat. We called True Temp on Friday morning around 9:00am and they had a technician out by 1:00pm. He was friendly, got the job done quickly, and spent extra time making sure there were no other issues. I was given a direct number to call if there were any other issues with our furnace. Price was reasonable.

We contacted True Temp for an estimate to replace our HVAC system. They came out and looked at everything and said someone would get back to us. The guy didn’t give me any information at all about what we needed or what they offered. Then no one ever called me with the estimate. I guess they didn’t want out business.

I have never used their business before but they are such nice people that they stopped and helped me and my daughter when our truck wouldn't start at the bank. Not everyone would do that, they are great people and I will be putting their business card in my files for next time I need this type of service. Thank you! :)
