Not good by any means. Husband and wife are owners and have no interest in making sure the customer is taken care of. If his employees mess up he does not care! I built a customer home and he could not even put in my vents straight or my return in the center of the hall. They refused to fix my vent hood vent they installed wrong. Before they did the job I asked them if they wanted instructions and vent hood to make sure. They continued to tell me they didn’t need it. They do not keep appointments and push you off for customers that have not paid yet. They basically cut my entire top plate out and acted like it was nothing. He never paid for any of these repairs and made me do all the fixing in my own time and dime. They just sent me a bill and want the balance paid. I also was promised the

They explained to me what was happening and what to watch for in the future. They didn't try and sell me any un needed parts. I would recommend this company to any one. Unlike was my technician and she was great.

There needs to be a 10-Star option that I could select for the exceptional service call that I had today with Uneke! She is an A-MAZING HVAC technician that without exception, knows her trade and provides service with a smile. She had my Central A/C unit issues tested and had diagnosed the problem in less than 15 minutes. WOWZA!
