Dalton arrived on time--YAY! He was very professional and efficient in servicing our AC/heating systems. We will definitely contacting River Valley again. It's good to know that they are available for emergency services.

River Valley Air Conditioning has provided service to our home since 2012. They provide excellent service. We have never felt like they are forcing a sell. Every check up is thorough and they clean components. Amperage checks and load draws are completed. They remind us our system is aging and let us know how it is functioning. We highly recommend them for maintenance, repair and we know eventually our replacement!

I was referred to this company by the company that installed my heat pump initially. I called and was told they would get to that afternoon, but was contacted by their technician within an hour and showed up within 20 minutes. The technician, diagnosed the problem and had the parts that it needed. He was courteous, knowledgeable did a good job. Thanks again!

Always great service with River Valley Air Conditioning from sending us a reminder, to scheduling our Fall Maintenance and finally to the work done by the technician! The technician, Travis, arrived within the time frame given to us. Although we didn't have one at the time, Travis offered to change out our filter. He did let us know that we needed one.
