Normally when it’s almost 100° outside and your air conditioner decides to take a “vacation” on you, you’re not in a very good mood. I went through our HomeWarranty company HomeGuard, which was a very pleasant experience talking with those ladies, they promptly got All the necessary paperwork and numbers and had me call Mechanical Air of Arizona to see when they might be able to come out and help us with our problem. The young lady I talked to on the phone was very pleasant very helpful and said she’d get a technician out as soon as one is available. It wasn’t 15 minutes later Christian showed up. He was very friendly, quick and efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing and it did not take him long to diagnose and fix our problem. I thought it was going to be a lot more of a challenge b

BEWEARE of service calls they will tell you one price and turns out to be somthing else. according to Brian a service call fee is $50 and that's only for them to show up at your door step that is NOT for the tech to look at the unit looking is extra . WHAT!!! So if you want to pay $50 just too see them give them a call. BUT THEY ARE RUDE FOR FREE. my tenant calls me and let's me know that they were Rude and hung up on him. Because he called to let them know the tech they sent out did not do anything and was not even there for 15 min. After talking to Brian and the way he treats people we will never use this company again.

Service Calls are only to see there tech at your door step .... they say $50 but mean more ...make sure you ask before you make an appointment. According to Brian I was wrong for assuming a Service call covers the tech telling you what's wrong with your unit....only to tell me there is nothing wrong with it and it only needs recharge ...and when I asked how is that possible there has to be a leak some where I was told it would be over $400 to find it. Plus labor and recharge ....Like What!! They expected us to call every time it leaked out to recharge....after everything Brian wanted nothing to do with me ...and voided any warranty on the unit ...Thanks Brian for making it easy to choose another company ....and just an FYI They installed the unit only 4 years ago ...and we have been having

After calling the "top rated" AC company in the area, I merely got lectured over the phone about how air conditioners have to work really hard this summer and I should be happy with my house in the mid 80s. So I called Brian @ Mechanical and he came over in less than an hour (on a SATURDAY)! Super friendly and cordial guy. Went up on the roof for about 15 min and came down and said "you're good!" Very fair pricing and solved the problem quickly. Had some advice on how to keep extending the life of the unit. DON'T GO TO ANYONE ELSE. JUST CALL BRIAN!

We had been waiting on a any information from another AC company and heard nothing for about a week. Call them on Saturday they were out here within ten minutes look at the unit gave us a quote and also gave us a portable use unit to help us go through another week what rate customer service. I would recommend him just for the customer service.
