***UPDATE*** Tech Jamie showed up as planned, dishwasher is finally fixed!! Ran a load of dishes right away and everything worked as it should. Now, I just pray that where the arm melted on the coil, doesn't have weak spots and have to be replaced again!! **1 STAR** Had alot of issues getting ahold of the company and getting someone to come look at the dishwasher to diagnose the problem. He left, the parts were ordered and then nothing. I tried contacting them for over 2 months, no answer and no return call. Only after AHS contacted them did i get a call that the part was on the way & should be in by end of week, then nothing. After 3 months of waiting, the part was in, the appointment made. I have had two experiences with A&J Sales and Services. Both were poor. The first took them three months to get a part for a warranty repair. By the time they called to setup the appointment I already just had the manufacturer(LG) replace the unit. The second time was worse than the first for another warranty claim. The day of my appointment, after I had taken time off work, I called them multiple times to confirm they were coming because I hadn’t heard anything direct from the repair company. No one answered my calls or called me back. Repair window came and went and heard nothing. The next day after I had left for work I received a text that my repair tech was on the way to my house. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank goodness our issue ended up being simple, but our tech Rodrigo diagnosed the problem in no time. Explained the fix to both my wife & I thoroughly. I would recommend to anyone.

The actual service tech was phenomenal, very quick and fixed the problem without issue. The company itself is a nightmare to work with. Poor communication, slow scheduling, money-grabbing techniques that prey on the less abled. But at least they have skilled techs when they finally do come out

I thought the repairman went out to get something out of his truck and just left without even saying anything. I am so upset, I am assuming he is done? He told me he was last time he was here and that it was fixed, I went to use it and water leaked all over the floor, the door was locked and I had error messages again. The next day he says he has to order more parts and we don’t hear from anyone for almost a month. I finally get hold of someone after leaving many messages and being very frustrated due to this issue has been going on for 2 months. I will try to call to see if it is fixed and see if I get a response. I hate to say I would never recommend your company to anyone due to the poor service we have received.
