These folks are consistent! I’ve been ordering from them for the last 3 years and they show up within the delivery window (often days before the projected date). Ordering online is really easy too. I know I can rely on them to show up when they say they will and the pricing has always been fair.

AJ's Discount Oil provided us phenomenal service this week. Our oil tank was completely empty in -3/ -5 degree celsius weather (we had recently moved to ME and not set up automatic refill) on a Monday. Our original oil company estimated an urgent refill could not happen until the following Wednesday (10d) and suggested we call another company with better distribution in Portland. Very happy we got in touch with AJ's. It was super easy and the person on the phone was incredibly pleasant. I gave my info and was skeptical about the process (the operator could not give me a complete guarantee) but the next morning I get a call and the truck was on its way to our apartment. They even asked if we needed the furnace reset. So happy we reached out to AJ's, they made the whole process so painless.

Hands downs the best Oil delivery service I've done business with! I had been going with a different company for quite awhile and the one time I let myself run out and needed an emergency same day delivery (Pitstop Fuels) didn't even try to help me! I called around and no luck till AJ's. They understood my situation/stress and without a second thought they took care of me THAT day literally within a couple hours at my house and even waived delivery/emergency fee. I've owned my Westbrook property for almost 7 years now and tried out a few local places that first season but have used these folks almost exclusively the entire time since. They are one of the lowest priced but they also have always given excellent service. I've run out of fuel a few times by accident and they've always tried to move up my place in line to get a delivery immediately. They have a website you can order from too if you're too busy to call, and accept cards for payment. They also respond to messages promptly. I would strongly recommend AJ's to anyone especially if you want the lowest price, best service, and a stress free experience!
