Andrew and his team at AJS home improvement did a great job clearing the snow off our roof. I have a rather large roof so it was a lot of work. They were timely and worked hard to get it all done in just a couple of hours. We used his company last winter and will likely use him the rest of this winter.

We have been trying to get Andrew back out to our home for several weeks now. He has ghosted me and the heat cables we bought that he said he knew how to install, we're installed incorrectly. Now they are falling off our roof from the weight of the ice dam he created!! I've asked, pleaded, begged, and demanded he get back here and he has refused to try to make this right! I have been more than patient, trying to give him the opportunity to have a good review. We are now having to take him to court, and I really don't want to have to do that. We are retired and cannot get on ladders to work on this, ourselves. We agreed to his price and we've been taken advantage of! Another week and we will have damaged drywall on our ceilings and walls.
