On Monday, I was stranded at the Wawa on the corner of 136 and Route 1 with a flat tire. Despite the 15-degree freezing weather, a man in an Akehurst truck saw me and offered to help. I am so grateful for his kindness. It’s a wonderful reminder that even in this busy world, there are still good people willing to help someone in need.

My experience with Akehurst has always been great. Being a widow now I needed help in cleaning up the front of my patio. David and his crew of gals are a great advertisement for Akehurst. This company is contracted within my HOA. I, and other neighbors, have called to complain about the poor service that we are paying for. They have let our grass grow higher than 8 inches, continue to blow mulch and leaves onto porches and furniture (destroying items) and poor maintenance of our overall shrubs and property. During the winter they’ve destroyed the property and leave massive piles of snow on the sidewalks. Just watched the guy blow shit all over my car. Last I heard we are looking for a new contract. I have nothing good to say about them.
