If I could give a zero. I would. Called him, said he found a small leak & would come back at another date to fix it, because he didn’t know it was a mini split (even though we told him & he had previously filled unit w/ refrigerant). Came back about a week later, said he fixed it & filled unit up w/ refrigerant. Just a couple months later, unit stopped working, due to a leak. Said he would cover it under warranty. Since then, he has completely ignored every phone call, text message & voicemail. I strongly advise anybody who needs emergency heating & air to find somebody else.

Worst experience ever!!! Now spending $5k to repair all of the problems he did in our home. He does not have a contractor license-don’t let him fool you! Photos are of the removed duct work that Alan (Gary) did because it was not to code.

Have number to call for emergency service but yet it’s been 24 hours and have not heard from him. Still furnace not working and less than a year old and won’t return calls. Would it recommend him to anyone

After calling several places this company was our perfect fit and so had we found them! Our heat went out over night and it will be fixed by tonight. The receptionist is so kind and caring and the tech we got is too plus he was able to quickly diagnose and start the fix to our issue! Highly recommended

Very knowledgeable and helpful. After I called for diagnosis, He was here within the hour and even after dark at that! We went over my options and had a new condensing unit installed the very next day. I appreciate the timely service and the great pricing.
