We have had Albemarle Carpet Cleaners clean our rugs twice in the past and were satisfied with the results. This time, though, they really knocked it out of the park! Our rugs are far from new but they have never looked better...I don’t know if Albemarle is using a new cleaning solution or if it was the hard work and expertise of their employee, Max, but we are very satisfied! We highly recommend Albemarle Carpet Cleaners!!

Albemarle Carpet has been cleaning the rugs and upholstery for our two rental beach houses for at least ten years. They have always done an excellent job at both carpet and upholstery cleaning, and I am a perfectionist. After their visits, our rugs and upholstery are bright and sparkling clean.

I have used this company many times and they do excellent work. However I was very disappointed, especially given the increase in COVID cases in the OBX, to learn that their technicians do not have to be vaccinated and masks are at the technician’s discretion. They are putting their employees and customers at risk. I will not be using this company again based on their current policies regarding COVID.

Tommy was extremely professional. He explained everything he was going to do and he did an outstanding job. Highly recommend this company.
