In addition, I have found his work to be very reasonably-priced. This was my FIRST experience hiring an appliance repair company, and I can't say enough good things! Even during this 2020 crisis, they were there for my family. They answered my questions, were upfront and honest, reliable and punctual! I also really appreciated it was a locally owned and family operated business. They were caring, and very fair. The repair to my washing machine took less than 10 minutes! Albeit the issue to our washing machine was simple upon inspection, but the cost was more than reasonable and work was honest! A few days later we even received a follow-up call, ensuring our washing machine was still operating smoothly, which it is! Hallelujah! 😂 Honestly, just a couple screws tightened and replaced, has made it somehow run smoother and QUIETER than before it broke.

This is a great business very professional and punctual. I had them come and look at my washer and within no time they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for someone to repair their appliances. I wished it was possible to give 10 stars! My experience was FANTASTIC! I had a list of people to call when my LG dishwasher broke. This business' was the fifth one I called, and the only one who agreed to drive out to my house. I live in a more rural area. He not only fixed my dishwasher in a timely manner, but also came in on a Saturday to finish up because I had an issue happen during the scheduled time on Friday. Seriously, one of the best companies I have ever used. I will never go anywhere again. 10 out of 10. Go with them. You won't regret it!
