The most I'm happy about my experience with Alex Gutter & Roof is their quick response to my request for some follow-up work after the project was complete and paid for. Alex Jr. was great. The work crew onsite were super. They were able to work through to the details following our request.

We had some leaky gutters which didn't drain well. Alex was super responsive. He quickly diagnosed the issue and proposed solutions. I REALLY appreciate his pragmatic approach which didn't involve trying to upsell! Will 100% have them back if we have gutter work in the future!

I recently hired Alex and team to do a complete new roof. They were amazing. They did what they said and everything was done extremely well and on time. I couldn't have been happier. The project price was fair and the quality was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

We are very please with the work done. Alex Jr came to measure and provided the best option, as older home with tile roof. He recommended two rows of tile would be needed to be removed and then placed back after gutters installed. This would be bit more work but would be the most professional option to be done the right way to last. I was given a quote and agreed for job. Alex senior and crew came rolled in truck with gutter machine and did job quickly and very clean. Overall, very pleased with look and now have new gutters done the right way that will last a long time and no shortcuts taken. Thank you for job well done!

Alex responded to my initial message within a few minutes, and came to evaluate my leaky roof and give me an estimate the next day. I accepted and he was able to start the work in about a week. 2 days later the work was done. The work consisted of removal and replacement of a 10 X 20’ section of slightly sloped roof overhang, plus R&R of about 2 X 20’ of the main roof to access part of the overhang. Also a new 20’ gutter. The quality of the work was first rate, I was very impressed! Alex was honest through the whole process, and when they found several rotten 2x4 supports he contacted me and the price only increased a small amount. I highly recommend Alex for your roofing needs.
