I would not deal with Alexander Otis Collection to do my cabinets if it were the last company on earth. Absolutely not professional in regards to business etiquette. Left us completely hanging and left the job the second day of installation because he claims someone has "stole" a few pieces from the job site when no one has and just leaves the whole project. Has left us stressed beyond measures. Also told us he would open up his showroom about 11 months ago and still has not even did a thing in the showroom, so no where to find him!! Would not recommend at all!!

Poor quality, unfinished project, non-professional services, dishonest. We contracted with them for Germany-made hardwares (Hafele brand), but the business owner Ray (Alexander Otis) used Made-In-China hardwares. We picked the super matte white MDF materials, instead they used ivory, poor quality materials from China (their materials are worse than Ikea kitchen cabinets materials, and it got scratch easily). The project was left unfinished for 18 months with many excuses such as Covid 19 shutdown in China, lack of employees, sickness… It has been unsuccessful to contact the business owner. Even our custom home builder tried to reach out to him. The project is only 25K, but it was a nightmare to us. The products looks terrible, and left unfinished.

We were definitely taken advantage of by Ray Ljubisic - the Owner of Alexander Otis Collection. We paid him $50,000.00 for two master closets two years ago. The closets were of terrible quality and installed in such poor condition. Discoloration, scratches, chips. Basically they looked like used closets after install. Ray came and took pictures and measurements and told us one year ago July 2019 that new replacement the parts were being ordered. We have yet to see any replacement parts and over the last year he has given us the run around as to where they are. Now he will not respond to my text/emails but did inform my husband that he is now working for another company. I’m not sure if that too is a lie. Steer clear of this man and his bad business practices
