John, his son and his crew are hardworking and particular. A few perturbations on my install, but they were right on top of it and other than a minor delay in the installation, the job was completed and the counters are beautiful. I highly recommend them.
They have a nice store. I had them install a granite vanity top and it turned out great!
Terrible service, first of all no one was in the store and finally walked around the back and when they came in, the sales lady took a call from her boss and tells us to wait (WHAT? who is the customer, I would hope her boss prefer the employees to help the customer) I do not know if he knew or not but after over 20 minutes of waiting, walked out and would not return and I think a company that portrays initial customer service in that manner probably has very little concern for their product, delivery, satisfaction, or has any "after the sale" care either Add photos
They do a great job & present a beautiful finished product. Very friendly staff.
Second project with Alexis and very happy with results.
