Truly, Alex is the gold standard. Not only is he great with "soft skills" (communication, personable etc.) but his work was perfect and very fast. I have an old house and he fixed every non-working door handle - from the heavy-lifting to the fine details. I then showed him other projects and he knew just what to do - explaining things in a way that you knew he sought perfection. So, in the end, you get more than what you imagine and his price is very customer-centric.
