This business was used a third party repair company from first American home warranty. They sent the tech out twice to diagnose and fix my dishwasher. First time I thought they fixed the issue... the dishwasher stopped working... I called FAHW again to have a tech come out again and look at my dishwasher. They sent the same tech. Needless to say his he didn't do much, the dishwasher worked briefly and it stopped working again after he left. . With the amount of money I spent on my policy with FAHW and waiting for Alik to send their tech guy, I was better off buying a new dishwasher and having it installed professionally from big box store locally.

Alex with Alik came to assess my cooktop. He diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and came back to install it. The whole experience was seamless and hassle free. No BS, just good work!

Update: Service Repair call has been concluded and fixed. While I stand by my review as noted below when I started this review. I do want to update the *(s). We were notified by their updated phone number. They also called 24-hours before to confirm we will be home. First exposure to contractor: Have an open service ticket via 1st American Home Warranty with this contractor. Number provided is not active and www site is not active. Not a good start. I did email the email provided. Will be happy to provided updated "stars" pending outcome. Not a good start.

Technician came on time was very respectful and fixed my dishwasher very quickly and works perfectly. The service was very, very good and I would gladly use this company again. Thank you so much!!!

Paid for appliance repair, but the issue was never fixed and no refund was offered. Poor communication and unprofessional service. I do not recommend Alik Appliance Repair. I paid for service on my stove, but the problem was never resolved. Despite follow-ups, the company did not provide a proper repair or refund. Their communication was unprofessional, and I felt misled about the service provided. If you are looking for reliable appliance repair, I suggest considering other providers. Government should investigate this company and close it down before more people got treated by their business. SCAM!!!
