We would like to thank Chris and his company for making it possible for Joe and I to have our dream backyard. Chris was so attentive to every detail, answered each phone call or returned within a short time. From day one it felt like Chris was a friend and he has truly turned out to be that. This was a big step for us but I can say that he had everything right on key. We would recommend this company and already have to anyone looking to put a pool in. Can hardly wait to share our beautiful pictures once our fence and kitchen is done.

Chris and his crews were great to work with at first. Once things were almost complete and payments were made, they have disappeared. We needed some dirt work done after the fence was installed. It took a while but he sent someone out who was very nice and did what needed to be done, but accidentally hit the fence and broke a corner post and part of two sides. This was in March and we have been unable to get Chris or any of his contractors back out. Also, when they first completed the pool they said they would be back out to remove any remaining creases of bubbles in the liner and that was last winter. Again, no shows. Things were great until they were paid and now nothing. Chris did not seem this way before and during the build. Very disappointed now.

This guy tried to install my pool liner. First he ripped the liner and told me he would be back to fix but I had to pay him first. I paid him cash and he never came back at all. Chris is thief and he doesn’t stick to his word. He will talk a very good talk but hardly backs it up. This was a horrible experience. I would recommend him if he did the work for free.

Called Chris last summer in total distress about my pool that would not hold water. He came right out and fixed the problem. When it was time to replace the liner, I didn’t hesitate to call him again. In the middle of the COVID crises, he got the pool up and running, and the new liner looks fabulous. We love All About Pools if Alabama.
