I cannot believe what kind of 'service' we got from this man! Referred to us by the prior owner, we spoke with him yesterday with an emergency at our Diner and he promised he would be here this morning at 8:30 to fix our problem so we could open on time. Not only did he not show, but he has yet to answer a phone call or return a call! Because of his lack of professionalism, we had to call another company to come fix it, and all of this delayed our opening for the day, causing a huge loss in our sales for the day! I would not recommend this man to anyone!! 1/6/20 - And since I can't respond to your response, I'll do it here...my husband did try to repair it the day before and when he found a leak, he stopped and called you and you said you would be out. I told you we would have a chec
