Company is really professional, courteous, and fantastic. Sam was my technician and he was by far the best HVAC technician I’ve ever encountered - extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took his time in thoroughly checking my system and explaining each step of the way to me. Fantastic service and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

The technician that came to service my furnace was both polite and punctual. He came to my residence and went straight to work making sure to install everything properly and cleaning up after himself. He was also very timely with the diagnosis, ordering the parts, and then returning to install.

I initially ran into heating issues in my house and All American Heating & Cooling came to my house to perform an assessment. I met Sam and so thankful for his expertise. He diagnosed the issue, scheduled time to resolve it, came promptly and completed the job on time and within my budget. A couple of months later, I called Sam again to come perform a check and maintenance on my upper A/C unit. Sam arrived on time, provided clear diagnostics, pictures, and his estimate of the work time/cost. Upon review and based on my prior excellent experience with him, I proceeded forward. Once again, I was impressed with Sam's knowledge, availability, and thorough work. He provided me with the results including pictures.
