I’ve never been more impressed with a company. We’ve been pool owners for over 10 years and have had all of the bad experiences you can imagine. Recently, our pool was leaking and for any of you that have had to deal with this issue, I know you can sympathize. We called every pool company in Fredericksburg/Stafford and were met with unprepared and inexperienced pool techs, faulty testing equipment, lack of urgency and no resolution to our problem. We even had one company show up with a bad air compressor to check for leaks in the plumbing. One company showed up in the rain to conduct a sonar test, only to have to comeback on a clearer day because the rain was interfering with the sounds of the sonar. The worst part is they tried to continue to collect for the multiple service calls
