NIA Builders built us "The Best Value" large custom house. The owner (Naveed) is an honest gentleman who tries his best to take his client's side while dealing with the worst natured Sub-Contractors and labor. I noticed, they also gave us cost-saving ideas which a lot of other builders would NOT give you (since they make more money). Construction and dealing with other contractors is a very challenging work so of course there are some things you would not like (which to me is true about ANY builder you go with). Then the most important is "NIA's flexibility" to allow changes in your design. Lot of other builders use "changes" as their main source of lucrative profits but NIA did not do that with us.
