At first we were skeptical for the price, timeline and the scope of work Tim offered was much better than two other, well recommended companies offered. Tim was quick, to the point and straightforward. It looked “too good to be true “. We took the risk, and we are glad we did. In two short days, a huge, over hundred years old oak sitting 5 feet from our house was gone! The team showed up 8:15 am on the dot on both days with right equipment and right attitude. They worked hard with not many words, understanding each other well. The work was flawless, quick, yet careful not to damage electrical wires hanging in the way of the tree falling, and the air conditioner very close to the tree. Great experience working with Tim! He has a great crew that did an amazing job of taking down a massive Eastern Cottonwood tree. This tree must have been close to 100ft tall. One competitor said it would take 4-5 days. Tim's team took the tree down in 1 day and removed all drebi the next. He was reasonably priced. He was also willing to start right away as the tree was mostly dead and had dropped some branches. The team cleaned up the yard nicely.

This is the first time I’ve had a tree care company pruning a tree by hand instead of using heavy machinery. I’ve always believed that large machines can damage young trees and bushes, I truly appreciated their careful approach. The team members were very accommodating to my requests and worked extremely hard. One of the workers mentioned that he has been with the company for over 20 years, which really reassured me and shows that the CEO, Tim treats employees well. I appreciate how seriously they take tree care and how much respect they show for both the trees and their team. The owner is clearly very knowledgeable about tree care. We needed two trees removed from in front of our house, and All American Tree Care made the whole process completely stress-free. The location was tricky—there are stairs right there, which made access difficult, and on top of that, we have very cold weather and a lot of snow this winter. Despite all that, the team was fantastic. Communication was prompt from start to finish; every step was clearly explained and I was kept updated throughout. The initial assessment was thorough and efficient, and the actual removal crew worked quickly and professionally. When they were done, the area was spotless—you’d never even know they’d been here. If you’re in Westchester and need tree work, especially for a challenging setup, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
