Seth, Sydney, Noah and their team gave us our dream home! It was a complete gut job of a 1950s Cape Cod, and the transformation was something straight out of a renovation show. As with any major undertakings of older homes, we had our share of surprises, but their honest and helpful guidance assisted us in navigating the challenges that arose, and we could not be happier with the end product. There are horror stories of contractors leaving jobs unfinished, being painfully difficult to work with, blaming others for mistakes, etc, but Seth and crew were stand-up and genuine from start to finish, so we would highly recommend using them for any construction or renovation projects without batting an eyelid. Our dream for years had been a complete renovation of our bathroom removing the tub and building a walk in shower. Seth provided a detailed scope and time frame for each aspect from demolition to finished painting. He also created a text group for our job to quickly resolve questions and concerns. The work included framing and insulation improvements as well as subflooring and building the shower base followed by expert tiling. Our home was protected by a tarp pathway between the entry and job site each day. All was clean at job's end. BRBD provided electrical and plumbing contractors, took out the required permits and arranged for all required inspections. Benjamin Rose Build & Design did an outstanding job on our retaining wall. The project was in a very difficult-to-access location, and many contractors wouldn’t even take it on.
