Our experience with All American Water Restoration started off a bit rocky due to some issues with the backend, but once Doug got on-site, everything completely changed for the better. From that point on, the process was smooth, efficient, and handled with incredible professionalism. Doug was absolutely amazing—he stayed on top of every detail, ensuring the work was done to the highest standards. Without us even having to say anything, he recognized that the first drywall company wasn’t up to par and replaced them immediately, keeping the project on track. When the wrong floors were picked out, he quickly rectified the situation without any delays. After having a water leak to our washer repaired it was determined had been a slow leak for some time affecting our laundry room and a bedroom on the other side of the wall. All American Water Restoration was recommended to us. From the start with Chris to eval the situation, to Smitty who put the dry out equipment in place (including drywall removal) here every day for a week to check progress and remove equipment once dried. We then had Oscar and his team of Phillip and Caesar to begin the rebuild doing an outstanding job! To add Rob, Ely, Yasmin and other office staff were a tremendous help with everyday communication as well as the insurance claim. Ever have a need don’t hesitate to contact this company.

We were happy with the end results. Your workers Alberto, Juan and Luis worked diligently to clean up all the mold. They took away all the moldy materials and left the yard clean. The worked very professionally.
