Vadym is a great to work with and more importantly, great at what he does. He's helped us out with a wide range of appliances over the years (an oven repair at the start of the pandemic!), and every time has been efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, he has fixed them all and for a great price. I can always trust that Vadym will steer me in the right direction for repairs, he even once found a stuck sock as the reason for a washer issue and didn't even charge for the visit. Will only call Vadym for all applicance issues.

Vadym promptly answered my initial inquiry and was very easy to communicate with. He showed up at the time he said he would. He quickly determined what the problem was, showed me the issue and gave me a detailed explanation, and then fixed it. The stove has worked fine since then. He even gave me some advice and recommendations on purchasing new appliances. Vadym is very knowledgeable and skillful. It was a pleasure working with him, and I can highly recommend him to anyone with appliance issues.

Vadim is extremely knowledgeable and very professional and thorough in his work. For a plumbing issue related to my dishwasher, I had called two other plumbers who could not fix the issue. And when Vadim came in, he explained to me in detail what might be going on and fixed the issue and was also gracious in following up after I contacted him with questions later. And his fix worked very well
