Julio and Chris are an amazing team and so easy to work with! They are pleasant, friendly, and very kind. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the work they did at all times, and we are very happy with what they did! We hired them to finish our basement after receiving several bids from many contractors, and we are so glad we chose them. Everything is beautiful, dry, and so comfortable! They helped us visualize the basement using 3D computer modeling. They framed, drywalled, painted, installed a drop ceiling with recessed lighting, full bath (double-sink, toilet, and tile surround tub), wet-bar, in-ground pump for waste water, Dricore subfloor, carpet, and engineered bamboo flooring. They even made a built-in mini two-story playhouse complete with color changing LED l

I discovered Rocha Painting and Construction when I drove by while they were working on another project. What a great discovery. Julio and Chris are professionals whose focus is on the customer! They listened and created what we wanted...and offered their experienced opinion when they believed what I was asking really would not be in the finished project best interest (I wanted railings and Julio and Chris thought it would be too much) and they were right!!! We are so happy and pleased with their work and ability to create our amazing porch!!!
