It's been several months since All County put on a new roof for me when mine blew off during a storm. Not one issue since. Ken was professional, fast, and helped me work with my insurance company. They cleaned up everything from the damage and the install and even dealt with my very complain-y neighbor who was worried about what my roof and the repair may have done to hers. After a furnace pipe leaked into our basement, we needed to get to the pipe through the outside of the house in order to not damage our recently renovated kitchen. It was an emergency, and we wanted it done quickly before it got cold for the winter. Ken and his team were very responsive, coming to our home, removing shingles from our exterior wall so that the pipe could be repaired, and then coming back to reattach the shingles.
