Great price and excellent service. My old HVAC stopped working during the coldest week of the month, and Slava did his best to order and install the new system as quickly as possible and it was up and running in less than a week. Slava helped me choose the right HVAC system for my house. The price he quoted was better than the quotes I received from other companies for the same brand and equipment. The installers handled the installation professionally: they were polite, answered all of my questions, and were very careful during the installation, especially since the system is located in a utility closet behind a newly remodeled bathroom. The company was highly responsive in getting my installation scheduled, and they were able to get everything done in a day -- the old system removed and the new one installed and tested. I had them over to our house for a thermostat replacement. Truly very unprofessional. Not only he charged me more than what he quoted me before he came out, he never gave me a receipt of the service that he completed. He told me that he will email me when he left verifying my email address. I followed up via text and he never responded. I have yet to see a contractor work like this. I was thinking about replacing my entire furnace and AC unit but will never go with him. Please WATCH OUT !! He tries to show that he has good a good price point, although it is quite deceiving !!!! Following my initial review on Dec 30th, 2025, I got an invoice from them and guess what -- they issued an invoice for 30$ less than what I paid them and back dating the invoice !!! What a crappy business
