Due to the heavy rainfall in January 2023 my condo in Laguna Hills experienced a small roof leak, unbeknownst to me, which ultimately cause a pool of water to collect above one of the bedrooms. When I heard the loud crack I rushed to the bedroom to find that the collected water had cause a 5 foot gash in the ceiling. Water was pouring in and damaging the carpet and furniture located against a wall. Upon contacting my HOA I discovered that my Homeowners Insurance would need to cover the damage. Cesar and team did an amazing job with our refrigerator leak. They came in quickly, identified the problem and started the dry out process. All of the team were responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. Would hire them again (but I hope I don’t have to! )
