Daniel came out to fix our garage door and he was absolutely professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had the same issue about 2 years ago, but unfortunately, the company we used back then did a poor job. Daniel's work was excellent. We had the same issue about a year ago, but unfortunately, the company we used back then did a poor job and completely overcharged us. The repair didn’t last, and we were so frustrated we didn’t even bother fixing it again… until now. CityScape was a completely different experience. They responded quickly, offered fair pricing, and Daniel’s work was top-notch—true craftsmanship. We’re so grateful and now know exactly who to call for any garage door issues in the future. Joe, the owner came out to tune up 2 garage doors at my newly purchased home. Both garage doors make a lot of noise opening and closing. I was able to easily make an appointment online, and was informed 15 minutes before his arrival window. Joe described what he can do to reduce the noise and due to the limitation of the existing garage doors, he gave me realistic expectations. He was here for a few hours and gave me a very reasonable bill for the amount of time and materials he spent. I appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and great work. My garage doors are a lot quieter! I am a very happy customer, and will be only using CityScape Garage Doors.

The people at CityScape are great to deal with: Jennifer, Dean, Joe, Chip. They had a lot of garage door styles to choose from and were very reliable in their communication. They were able to get me an install appointment very quickly after my new door arrived to their warehouse. They addressed very minor issues I had post-install. Joe was onsite at the end of the install to check everything and chat with me. The installers did a good job and a clean install. The price was fair. I highly recommend CityScape.
