I spent months looking for the best DIY type of cabinet company for my kitchen remodel. I came across Cabinet DIY from an online search and began working with Eva. 5 stars for Eva’s customer service, knowledge, experience and response timing. As this was my first experience with a DIY kitchen - I did have some opportunities that I would wish to share for the next first time purchaser. 1. Measure 10x. Even though I sent pictures and took my own measurements many times -I still made the mistake of messing up 1 measurement which resulted in having to buy 1 entirely custom cabinet to fit into my mistake area. 2. Eva and Cabinet DIY delivered solid results on a substantial project. Used Cabinet DIY for matte black shaker cabinets in a $150K kitchen remodel (June-Sept 2026). Eva was responsive and genuinely helpful throughout—not just order-taking, but problem-solving. When the original designer's specs didn't align with installation realities, she worked with both me and my GC to redesign for practicality. That kind of collaborative troubleshooting isn't standard. Couple minor missteps along the way (inevitable in any project), but the Eva handled them great and kept momentum moving.
