All Granite & Marble

We had All Granite & Marble do our custom bathroom vanity and kitchen countertops in our new home and they did an incredible job! The service team was so helpful with selecting our beautiful quartz. The install team was very timely and did an amazing job. We highly recommend this team and we will continue to go to them for our future renovation projects!

All Granite was the subcontractor for the countertops in our new kitchen through Lowe's. Since it was a new build, i cant comment of removal of old counters. They made the process really easy, at the start offering us to view the slab at their location thay was ordered or select our own specific slab from the manufacturers location. Both teams, including the one who did the template and the one who did the install arrived within their scheduled window, gave us a heads up by phone 30 minutes prior to arrival, and answered all of my questions. Our counters look great and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Payment was handled through Lowe's.

All Granite damaged my cabinet during installion, they neglect to take responsibility or pay for their error. They changed their story, at first saying sometimes these things happen during removal. When I proved this happened by them during the installation the response I now get is the damage was always there. Which if you look at the photos the damage was clearly not always there. Shady company save yourself the headache and find a better company.

The first delivery the sink was cut too big on the sides. They were kind enough to let us keep that piece (bc I was having a party that weekend) until the next delivery which was 7 days out. While installation was smooth, I’m disappointed in the aesthetic of the counter top. The sample had lots of gold which is what I really liked about it. What was delivered has minimal gold. I probably wouldn’t have been as drawn to the one we received in the first place. Maybe that’s what it was 30% off. We chose our flooring to match the gold and had that done first. The counters do not compliment the floor as much as I hoped. Maybe I’m too picky but it’s not a cheap addition to my home!

The team was fabulous! Not to mention how amazing our countertops turned out in our kitchen. We did countertops and backsplash. Turn around time was fast and professional. I would highly recommend going with them for any remodel.
