All In One Home Inspection LLC

In 2021, I hired All In One Home Inspection LLC for a home inspection when purchasing my property in Lexington Park, MD. Unfortunately, several significant issues were completely missed during the inspection. The ceiling fan was nonfunctional and should have been identified during a basic operational check. More concerning, there was a leaking pipe in the yard that was not reported, which ultimately cost me $7,500 to repair. Additionally, there is a persistent dripping pipe behind the wall that occurs every time the upstairs shower is turned on — another issue that was not identified during the inspection. These were not minor cosmetic defects. These were functional and plumbing-related issues that a thorough inspection should have detected. Had the inspection been conducted properly,

Unfortunately, I am unable to give zero stars due to Google’s rating system. Long story short , my parents hired All In Home LLC to perform a home inspection prior to finalizing a home purchase. After the inspection was completed, additional issues were identified that were not included in the inspection report. Based on our experience, the inspection did not meet our expectations for thoroughness. Since a home inspection is an important part of the purchasing process, this was extremely disappointing and frustrating. For this reason, I would recommend that others carefully consider their options when selecting a home inspection company.

As a first-time homebuyer, I trusted All In One Home Inspections to ensure my new home was safe and ready. However, the inspection overlooked significant issues like plumbing leaks, electrical problems, and consistent flooding in the basement and garage. These oversights have resulted in tens of thousands of dollars in remediation and repair costs, preventing me from moving in. After reaching out to the company to seek a resolution, I have yet to receive any response. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of communication and hope that All In One Home Inspections will step up to make the situation right.

Review for Inspector Steven Flynn: After purchasing my home, I had to bring in another inspector who found significant issues with the roof, the electrical system, the heating, and the flooring—issues that Steven Flynn completely missed or did not disclose. It is evident that his inspection was neither thorough nor honest. I am now requesting a full refund and am considering legal action against the company due to the negligence involved.
