I needed some work done on my patio with a fire pit and an old rotten retaining wall replaced. John came out and talked with me, got some measurements, and had a plan for exactly what I wanted. Got the estimate and design plan within a few weeks and John made sure I understood it all and answered any question I had. The payment schedule was clear and well defined, so there were no surprises about when payments for the project would be due. He told me the job would take about 2 weeks. Once the project started, his team was prompt each day, worked hard all day and got everything done exactly on schedule. The whole process was smooth and seamless, and the outcome was excellent!
