My parents were impressed with their installation of a new system. Then, Sta So Cool helped me out at my parents’ home when they were out of town and the HVAC had a lightning shock. Daniel did our last job and he was super methodical and explained everything well, just like Dave has always done. Prices are fair. Dave has always taken the time to explain how the system works and what is wrong and what the options are. This is a great American company. Friendly and effective service. Solutions are reasonably priced and work out well. Great knowledge of old systems and risks of installing complex, neg gen, high priced replacements. This is the only company we call when we have AC problems.
