I have stopped in person on two separate occasions. Both times nobody was there to offer any assistance. After waiting in the office I am finally greated and have to leave my contact info for a follow up. I never received a call back. I have attempted to call them myself and nobody answers they phone. I was looking for 3,000ft of 6ft, 3 line, aluminum picket fence with spears. I went to their competitors and received quotes immediately. Note: I do not leave negative reviews often. With over 7 million Google views on my reviews, I take what I post seriously!

They have government contracts so they dont care to serve citizens. This place has absolutely terrible customer service! They barely ever answer the phone. I drove about 15-20 miles just to speak with someone. It took over 2 weeks to get an estimate for fencing materials. Once I accepted the quote, (which I had to call them from a different number to get them to answer the phone) I never got a call back or an answer when I called. This place is cheap but not worth your time. I recommend you stay away from this place and let them do their government contracts. They don't deserve a public storefront. The lady that runs the office is an absolute disgrace!

I had a White vinyl fence installed in 2017 by All Out. I reviewed my Warranty & saw that I should have been given their sign, attached to fence, for Warranty to be VALID. IM HOPING THIS WAS AN OVERSIGHT! I sent an EMAIL JAN. 25TH , 2023. NO ANSWER YET. I'm mailing out a snail mail request tomorrow. Wish me luck!!!

Apparently, this place doesn’t have anybody at the front counter hardly ever. I’m being told they only do commercial fencing and no sales when they’re headline phrase is come to us for all of your fencing needs. Anything non-commercial is not going to be considered and they do not sell parts to the public.
