I paid $8500 to have the plumbing updated on my mother's 1960's ranch house in Lawtey. They did the job, but the quality and workmanship was substandard. The exterior pipes were left uninsulated. The pipes connecting the new Culligan water system were BROKEN and disconnected. They never mentioned that they were disconnecting the water softener. I had to pay Culligan $600 to repair the damage. They repiped only one of the TWO exterior spigots. I could go on, but the aforementioned issues are enough to demonstrate the careless job that was done. This makes me question the quality of the rest of their work, and the price I paid for shoddy workmanship. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Elvis, the technician for Alvarez Plumbing, was great! He was able to handle all of our plumbing issues very efficiently and at a reasonable price. We had him unclog a shower, flush a tankless water heater, repair a leaking hose bib without tearing out the entire fixture and diagnose a leaking sink faucet. He was courteous and very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely use Alvarez Plumbing again and highly recommend them as a plumber to call in the Tampa Bay area.

8/19/25 - Once again, I am extremely satisfied with the service and professional installation from Alvarez Plumbing. We were replacing the shower valves and they broke behind the wall. I immediately called and the message indicated to call Danny for urgent assistance and he answered the call and came the same day. Randall also texted indicating he will call me next, but Danny was already on top of things. Excellent service and I have attached a picture of the work! Great professional plumber in Bradford county! I've used Alvarez plumbing several times and always had great results. They've permanently fixed all our shower valves and recently put in a new water heater. The price quoted is always what I pay and they are great at making sure the job is completed correctly. The last two jobs have been more complicated than expected (not their fault) and they have spent the time to make sure they get everything fixed the first time.
