Teal Tile Carpet One

Working with local businesses like Teal Tile and salesperson Mary Carver made my remodel go smoothly. My husband and I are pleased with the finished results. I had the floating flooring put into my kitchen, laundry room, powder room and the added bathroom. I also had tile for my kitchen backsplash and tile put into the new shower.

Mary Clover my salesperson was very nice at first until the scheduling issues started, after she demanded a 50% deposit before even coming out to install the $4000.00 plus, 1100 sf of carpet/tile combo in my double wide mobile home. The service was horrible and trying to get the installers to return to repair bad work was more of a nightmare! Mary soon showed her temper when asked to have installers return gave me an attitude, tone of her voice changed and utter resistance was clear. After several follow ups, a new installer not the original ones scams to repair shoddy work, install transitions and rehang my swinging doors and closet doors one of which I just discovered they broke and the other the original guys did not leave the screws that are proprietary and the new installer didn’t g

As a builder, I have used Teal tile in the past. As long as I stay on top of them it comes out nice. I used them to install tile and carpet in our own home and the results were so-so. Tile is uneven that the tile leaves shadows in the grout lines making the light grout look dark in places. Did not grout toilet and ask to come back and grout. Was told by Kevin we don't grout toilet unless we have it on out proposal. This is part of the job and not a special thing. I had to do it myself. I Had one of their employees steal tools from my back yard and caught them on security camera and sent it to the owner. Not even an apology, I had to tell them that the thief was not allowed on the property again. I deducted $100.00 from their invoice for the tool and now I am being questioned for a receipt

Let me rave about this place for just a minute, Teal Tile Carpet One is the place to go to for your tile needs!! Their pricing is fantastic and the workers are absolutely the best. Mrs. Mary helped me out today, I was lost in what I was needing. She directed me in the direction I needed to go and I walked out of their with what I was needing and very satisfied. I will be back to them again for when I need to do my kitchen! But for now my bathroom will be completed.

We had a great experience with them. Installers were great, prompt l, their work was excellent. Mary was aso very helpful from helping with choosing the flooring and answering any questions that we had.They were very professional and the flooring looks so good.They even kept an eye for my inside so didn't escape! Would definitely use again and recommend highly.
