They had already discussed the problem between themselves before even showing up! Went right to where they thought the problem was and fixed it! House is cold, thermostat is working they were fast, efficient, and honest and most importantly for those of us on a fixed income, did not cost us $16,000! Absolutely will tout their services to everyone.

Above and beyond! We’d been down with a broken AC all week, getting the run around from another company on parts. Amber stepped in and saved the day! Got us same day parts and service, and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The team at the house was just a great, knowledgable and efficient, kind and polite! All around thrilled, will never go back to the original installer. We’re Falstreaux HVAC users for life. Thank you again!

*Edit to add it's Aug 2025 and we had to call these awesome people again because our ac quit blowing and we all know how hot it's been! This ofcourse happened on the weekend but Logan got back with us right away. He came out and got us up and running with a quick fix while we wait for a new part to come in...love that he didn't just leave us with no ac until the part came...having a 2 year old and a 6 month old and no AC is not fun! Thank you again for your help! Could not recommend them more! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Our AC quit blowing last night and Danny came out first thing today and had the issue found and fixed within an hour! Fair price and extremely nice! Could not recommend them more! Thanks so much! 🙏🏻

Of course our A/C would go out on a hot, holiday weekend! We weren't sure which company to call, but out of the four that we left voicemails, Falstreaux was the only one that responded. Our house was 90° and thankfully he said he'd be there in 30 minutes. And he was! He has our unit fixed within the next 30 minutes. We are truly thankful and won't use anyone else now.
