The sales guy Todd was amazing and very helpful. He went above and beyond to answer questions and help us out. The crew that came and did the job was also very good and respectful. A few areas that were missed and or damaged and I have emailed about. I give them a 1 star for everything after. I paid the first deposit by a mailed check. No problem. The following payment that was due upon the crew showing up…. However they never sent me the second invoice and then demanded payment when they showed up. I told them I would call the bank and have a check mailed out as soon as I got the final invoice. They emailed it to me I called the bank and had an email verifying payment of a check had been made and mailed to the address on the invoice. Even forwarded the email directly from my bank represe

All Phase Pool was priced a little higher then other quotes and slightly further out . Jim, the renovation manager answered many of silly questions and monitored the job till the end. The office scheduling staff also kept me up to date via text group with Jim. Employee's were nice and the work was well done. The wait was worth the beautiful finished project. We had All Phase Pool resurface our pool a year ago. We could not be any happier with the service, the finish and the follow up service. Our pool looks amazing and every contact that I have had with them has been timely, efficient and very kind. I would highly recommend them!

Although it seemed like a lengthy process, the holidays and the cold temperatures had a bearing on that. We found all the employees who came out to the property. We’re very good and courteous and eager to do whatever we asked, we are looking forward to enjoying our new pool and would recommend all phase to everyone. And a shout out to Eugene from the paver company who worked on the outside of our spa wanna let his boss know he did a great job and is a fine young man

Update: After writing the 2 star review, Jim the supervisor came by and did a final walk thru. He saw the issues we were talking about and has taken steps to correct our complaints! We are reasonable people, an understand there will always be mishaps but how you handled them makes the world of difference. I gave them a 5 star because they corrected what was wrong and showed that they do care about their customers. It meant the world that they stood behind their product! THANK YOU JIM!
