I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too concerning not to share. The management hired this company to replace a supply box, and the technician they sent was unlicensed and inexperienced. He even went to the wrong apartment at first. When he began cutting into the supply box, he didn’t turn off the AC until I asked him — a basic safety step any professional should know. He cut the new supply box into three pieces and struggled to fit them together, leaving a sloppy and uneven result. Afterward, he left the area covered in fiberglass debris and tried to sweep it with a broom instead of using a vacuum. I had to ask twice before he brought a vacuum, and he still barely cleaned. I later borrowed a professional vacuum to remove fiberglass that spread inside and outside the home. Wh
