I have reached out to Matt several times because he wants me to be on my neighbors schedule but yet no one has been here to cut my grass in. Month And highest spot is 28”. I’m surprised code enforcement hasn’t been called

I've had this service for over a year now and say with assurance that whenever there's an issue, Matt listens and acts on the matter with a level of professionalism that's surprising. And when I say "issues", it may be a concern of some level or maybe it's just a request for an adjustment of service or a need for additional work. Regardless, rates are reasonable. Matt's professionalism is demonstrated by the number of homes in this particular area of South Daytona (The Orchards) that he services on a continuing basis.
