He took his time and sprayed in every area, including spots that might normally get overlooked. His attention to detail was something I really appreciated. I have a dog and a free-roaming ferret with no cage, so I was worried about the chemicals being used. Brandon explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure my pets were safe. His professionalism and careful approach made me feel confident and comfortable with the process. Chris has been handling our pest control for the past three years, and he’s been great. He’s a genuinely nice guy who does thorough, careful work and really knows his stuff. He always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and makes sure the job is done right. Highly recommend!

Jimmy was here today to provide my quarterly pest prevention and did a FANTASTIC JOB!! I am very picky about areas sprayed especially on the inside and he was so kind and respectful allowing me to coach him as he sprayed throughout the house. I do not hesitate to refer friends and family to Imperial prevention because they have always done a great job! I have been a customer for at least two years now and hope to continue to use them for a good long time especially when they have employees like Jimmy!!
