We switched from a pest control company we had for many years that we were very unhappy with to Shumaker’s about 2 years ago. Tom contacted me personally, and he gave me all of the information I needed to make an informed decision to try his company. We never looked back from there. I wanted to leave a review after our most recent service because of a young man that has serviced our home twice now. His name is Jesse, and struck up a conversation while he worked around the house. I always bait employees by telling me if they like where they work. It’s not so much what they say, but their body language and how they say things. Well Tom, you passed with flying colors. Jesse didn’t flinch when he sang your praises. He loves what he does, and wakes up everyday ready to come to work for yo
