All Seasons Roofing and Restoration

The crew that showed up to reshingle the roof failed to listen prior to starting and when they sent a guy back to do the repairs he went on the roof without even letting me know he was here after I went up I found he was tearing out the wrong thing on the wrong side of the house which if he had spoken to me first could have been prevented in addition it's been maybe a month and I am already missing a shingle. I get call backs from the office when I call but they are terrible about follow up and preemptive communication and I can't say I am impressed with the quality of work and have yet to receive a final invoice to even know what they have now charged for.

All Seasons replaced the ugly, peeling, bubbling vinyl that was along all the rooflines of the house and garage. Pam and Derek were very friendly and professional and provided a quote before they even left the house. Desmond came out and did an excellent job. The house looks great!

Overall a decent experience. Our original contact, Derek, was professional, courteous, and thorough in working with our insurance representative in inspecting and identifying the repairs needed from a wind and hail storm. All of those we were in contact with the management the project were good to work with however, I was not impressed with the lack of professionalism with the workers doing the actual work. The group that did the roof replacement did a good job but did not adhere to basic safety protocols that OSHA and the like require. The work team taking care of the siding and associated repairs were really lacking in professionalism.
