Matt Smith was outstanding! Rey knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail regarding our issue. He got us up and running with our heat. Now waiting for a circuit board to fix the original problem. Great job. We really really appreciate the quick response to our emergency. Matt can within an hour of our call. Allstar is top notch!

David Peters is a great tech. Knowledgeable and very polite always. Ibdont like the ac system I got. So many issues since day one but all star has excellent customer service and great techs like David Peters.

Nick is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain many things about the unit so we could better understand things about our A/C. He was very thorough performing the maintenance and inspection and is a very nice and honest man. I called numerous companies to get a quote and All Star Heating and Cooling offered the most reasonable price. We had a great experience and highly recommend this company.
