All star plumbing is THE BEST, and let me tell you why. I own Renee’s Ruff Cuts in Mandeville, and I needed plumbing for my grooming tub. Unfortunately the plumbing that was established already in the wall gave my plumber Andrew so many challenges. But he was really thorough and figured it out, for which I can’t thank Andrew enough. From booking to service, it was so easy! Their communication is unbeatable! And so affordable! Words can not describe what a great experience I had! The owner Colby has helped me start my dream business!
Daniel and David were amazing! The facet in our kitchen had little to no water pressure after an attempted install by my husband. We needed help and they came out in less than 24 hours. Daniel and David determined the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Pricing was reasonable and their customer service skills were over the top. Thank you!
The entire experience with All Star Plumbing and Air was outstanding. From scheduling the service to the repair, I was very pleased. Andrew repaired the garbage disposal and dishwasher. In addition he gave us valuable information on maintenance for both of them. Thanks Andrew!!!
The plumber was very helpful, immediately recognized what needed immediate attention and offered various options to ensure I had the info to make an informed decision. He could have given me the most expensive option, but he didn't. I respect that which is why I continue to return to this company.
