Jazmine was very professional, responsive, and helpful in getting an appointment time that was quick, but also convenient for us because of my wife and my work schedules and our children’s school hours. She accommodated an appointment for us quickly since winter is here and we had not had our HVAC serviced for some time. Johnny arrived on time. He was professsional, knowledgeable, and took time to explain to me what was working well and in our system, but also areas for us to maintain better or to call on their firm, All Starz Heating and Cooling, if we needed additional assistance. Two of our children have severe allergies and Johnny shared with us some other services such as a humidifier and air purifier that may be helpful to our family that we were not aware of. *** UPDATE*** I received my estimate. Johnny K. came to my house Friday, 1/16/26 for an estimate on repairing or replacing ductwork in my attic. He told me the ductwork could be repaired, and orally quoted a price of $500.00. I asked him to email me that quote, so I could have it in writing. Monday, 1/20/26, All Starz Heating & Cooling sent me a text message. It states: "Work with All Starz Heating & Cooling has finished". They never did the work, and I never received an estimate.

Johnny from All Stars Heating & Cooling is the absolute best. Jasmine at the office is too. Johnny is punctual, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He always removes his shoes without being asked and works diligently to correct my heating/air conditioning problems. Additionally his prices are very reasonable.

I had been without heat for 4 days waiting for a home warranty company to schedule service. I finally got tired and too cold to wait. I called All Starz Heating and cooling. I was surprised they were able to come the same day in December. Johnny arrived earlier than the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem, was kind enough to speak to the warranty company and fixed the problem. I highly recommend this company, professional, courteous and efficient.
