Last week, we had an emergency situation during a very cold winter spell. Our furnace stopped working, even though another company that we had a contract with, came and “fixed” the furnace in the morning. We called Royal Heating and Cooling after hours and we were lucky Travis answered, and sent a tech to assess the furnace that evening. Ruvim spent a lot of time checking out our furnace. We came to the conclusion the next morning that we needed a new furnace since the parts of our old furnace would cost a lot to replace. Travis gave us a fair and reasonable price. The company did an excellent job with my HVAC installation. The crew was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. Clean work and great attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Royal did a terrific job of replacing our water heater for a new one. Swapped the old for the new in an hour, and got the water running again in no time. Definitely will use them again for any future needs.
