Drew Anderson has assembled an unbelievable team. Our issue arose on a Saturday, Drew accompanied his team after Jeremy performed an initial assessment. Working together we patched together a thoughtful strategy to keep the mitigation and assessment as surgical as possible. They assessed extent of damage on all floors. Jonathan and Ashley then went to work implementing the plan. Jonathan was surgical with how and where drywall was cut. He accessed the most difficult hard to reach places. And then set up air deodorizers, heating elements, and applied a fungicide. On day 2 they met with our builder to run through next steps. We had an awesome experience with Paul Davis! We had substantial water damage from a leak in our bathroom, so our remodel was unplanned and unexpected. Our project manager, Dave, was very involved and attentive. He checked in regularly and always made sure we had what we needed. The contractor, Mike, was very professional, polite and timely. He arrived every morning when he said he would if not earlier, and he did amazing work! We absolutely love our new bathroom! We will definitely utilize Paul Davis for future projects. My second bathroom and flooring of my bedroom were damaged from water coming down from the unit above me. The damaged was extensive and the situation was very stressful. Paul Davis was referred by my insurance company. Their crew came in talk with me and answered all my questions. It was important that the work would not take weeks to complete and it didn’t. It was also important to me that my bathroom and bedroom were back to where they were before the damage. And it was.
